Ronnie and Laura Rahe of Ventucopa, Calif., announce the engagement of their daughter, Alexandra Jaclyn Rahe, to Daniel Scott Laroche of Solvang.
The bride graduated from Cuyama Valley High School in 2008 and received her bachelor of science degree from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Calif., in 2012. She is currently working on her master’s degree at Cal Poly. She is the granddaughter of Jack and Eileen Rahe of Ventucopa, and Matt and Donna Wall of Ojai, Calif.
The groom is a 2006 graduate of Santa Ynez Valley High School and has received Associate of Science and Associate of Arts degrees from Cuesta Community College, and is currently employed by C.D. Lyon Construction of Santa Maria. He is the son of Andy and Debbie Laroche of Solvang; his grandparents are Bob and the late Helen Petersen, and deceased grandparents Roger and Jonnah Laroche. An August wedding is planned; the couple will reside in Nipomo, Calif.
