feet for canopy. No structures currently exist on this parcel. The proposed
project will not require grading. The property is a 1.1 acre parcel zoned
Commercial Highway and shown as Assessor’s Parcel Number 143-245-001 and
143-245-003, located at 990 Edison Street in the Santa Ynez area, Third
