Christian Academy will be holding its 28th Annual Benefit Auction and Dinner on
Sunday at the beautiful Roblar Winery in Santa Ynez. The community is invited
to enjoy an evening featuring both silent and live auctions as well as dinner.

The Wildling Art Museum will
be offering “Birds of the Santa Ynez Valley Region,” a six-week course led by
wildlife biologist, Dr. Fred Emerson, meets on Monday mornings, 8:30 -10:30
a.m. Limited to 20 students. The first class will meet is at the Museum, 2928
San Marcos Avenue in Los Olivos, and then caravan to a great birding site along
the Santa Ynez River. The following five sessions will also be held at
different locations in the area. The fee for the course is $100 ($75 for Museum
