HELP WANTED
The Santa Ynez Valley Journal has an opening for a part-time outside advertising sales representative. Prior sales experience is beneficial. We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented, outgoing person. The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational and time management skills, ability to pay close attention to detail and meet deadlines. Responsibilities would include: selling newspaper advertising to existing clients, and developing new client accounts through prospecting and cold calling. Must possess and maintain a valid drivers license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation and acceptable motor vehicle record. Compensation for this position is D.O.E.
